  4.    Considering that we haven't made things very public yet, I'm impressed 
  5. at the response we've gotten.  I'm sorry if I haven't replied to 
  6. everyone's messages personally, but my time is limited and at this point, 
  7. better spent on upgrading Phasar.  Given the limited Amiga market, we are 
  8. considering using electronic distribution, and on-line AmigaGuide 
  9. documentation.  (We would offer a printed manual for an additional 
  10. charge.)  What do you think of this.  It would help us to keep costs 
  11. down.  (After printing manuals, boxes, and selling to the VARs at 40% of 
  12. list, there isn't much money for the actual program.)  We haven't set 
  13. pricing yet, and we may offer a boxed version through the regular outlets 
  14. as well, but an electronic distribution would likely be cheaper (to you 
  15. as well).  Upgrades will also get a discount off list price.

  17.    Since we are working on the program, these are only ideas, but we'd 
  18. like to hear what you think while there is still time to change our minds.
